iMandarinPod自2006年底建立以来，至今已经六年多了，我们在2007年1月29日播出了我们的第一期节目，十月份我们将迎来我们的第1000期节目。

We started up iMandarinPod at the end of 2006 and the first podcast was on air on Jan 29, 2007. As of today, iMandarinPod has been broadcasting for more than 6 years. Particularly in October, we will have our 1000th Podcast. Thank you very much for your long time supports over the past 6 plus years. We also believe that you love and enjoy our program; you make big progresses on your language skill day after day. Please continue to learn Chinese with us, we will do our best to produce more high quality programs to meet your requirements.

In order to celebrate our 1000th Podcast, we will hold a prize essay contest, please write an essay about "iMandarinPod and I" in Chinese. You can share any stories or thoughts with us.
