象形文字

汉字是世界上最古老的文字之一，至少有三千年以上的历史。中国古人最初造字的时候，有很多字是用描画事物的形象或者特征的方法造出来的。这样的汉字叫作象形文字。我们学过的很多独体字都是用这种方法造出来的，比如山、水、日、月等。象形文字是最古老的汉字。
